Refund policy

BagTique by Nisha does not grant any refunds for cases such as; buyers remorse or lack of knowledge. We will only grant a refund if; the product is damaged upon delivery. You will have 24 hours to report the damage to us through our email: bagtiquebynisha@gmail.com 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect orders, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please note that canceling an order is only available If it has not been fulfilled. If the order has not been fulfilled we will refund you your money in proper protocol. (Please allow up to 14 Business Days for your refund to show back in your account).
